WOMEN ECONOMIC EMPOWERMNT

At MACODEP, we believe in the transformative power of economic empowerment for women. Our dedicated program focuses on equipping women with the tools, resources, and skills they need to thrive economically and lead change in their communities.

Through a range of initiatives, including skills training, entrepreneurship development, access to microfinance, and mentorship programs, we empower women to break barriers, achieve financial independence, and contribute meaningfully to the socioeconomic fabric of their communities.

Join us in our mission to create a more equitable and prosperous future, where women are empowered to realize their full potential and drive sustainable development.

Eradicating Poverty

We are on the road to the long journey of women empowerment in Africa. MACODEP provides microbusiness loans, educational and training to women neighboring our Got Osimbo project. Our farm in Got Osimbo provides several women with opportunities every planting and harvesting seasons. MACODEP provides women with microbusiness loans to start microbusinesses and boosts those with existing businesses.
